Gangs are bad, but in my experience in the South West so far, they mostly just kill each other. I think if we legalized drugs, the main source of income for the gangs would be gone. Sort of like we used to have a big gang problem in NYC and Chicago during prohibition. Yeah, there's still mafia in NY, and I've seen them, but it's not that big of a problem anymore. Like I've seen in AZ and NY; keep your nose clean and you're good...
